Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Open plan has no trial and no card. It covers workplace incidents, near misses and equipment events with no patient information, up to 50 a month. We earn money when a team needs a BAA, patient information or audit-ready packets.
What do I pay for on the Regulated plan?
You pay for the parts that carry legal weight: a signed BAA, patient information in reports, Lauren on a BAA-covered AI provider, QAPI and survey packets, retention controls and done-for-you setup. Every plan includes reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
How is a site counted?
A site is one licensed location, such as a surgery center, nursing home, plant or job site. A three-center group has three sites. We never count reporters, reviewers or managers.
Are there seat fees, module fees or implementation fees?
No. You never pay per seat, per module or for setup. Only two things change the price: how many sites you have, and whether you need a BAA.
What happens if we pass 50 incidents a month on Open?
Nothing breaks. We email you and new reports keep coming in. Move the sites that need it to Regulated, or export your data and keep what fits on Open.
Do you offer annual billing or volume pricing?
Yes. Annual billing is available, and groups with 10 or more sites get volume terms on Network. Talk to us and we will send a one-page quote.
Can we try Regulated features before we buy?
Yes. Book a demo and we will set up a sandbox for your kind of site, with synthetic data. We never ask for patient information before a BAA is signed.
What does it cost to leave?
Nothing. You can export every incident, investigation, action and audit-trail entry as CSV and PDF at any time, on every plan.
