Who will I talk to?
Someone from the compliance team that built IncidentKit, from PharmPro's consulting practice. They have run QAPI programs and survey prep, so you get answers about your rules, not a feature tour.
How long is the demo and what should I prepare?
Thirty minutes. Bring one incident type you struggle with, your number of sites and the system you use today. Nothing else to prepare.
Should I share patient information in the demo?
No. We use synthetic data in a sandbox for your kind of site. Keep patient names and record numbers out of the form, the calendar notes and the demo.
Can I just try the product instead?
Yes. Start a free kit in about ten minutes, or take the product tour with no signup.
What happens after the demo?
We send a short summary, a one-page quote for your sites and, if you want it, the security packet. If it fits, we do the setup in 48 hours.
What if no time works?
Email hello@incidentkit.ai with two or three times that suit you, and we will send an invite. We reply within one business day.
