Questions

About this tool.

Something we missed? Ask us, and a person answers.

Is this a mock survey?

No. It is a quick self-check of your evidence. It does not replace a mock survey or your accreditor's standards, but it is a good first pass.

Who should complete it?

Your risk, quality or compliance lead, ideally with the administrator or director of nursing. People often answer differently, which is itself useful.

Is my data saved?
